Brooke Bachmeier – B Square Interiors
Brooke Bachmeier is the creator and owner of B Square Interiors – a full service interior decorating and staging company. Brooke is also new to the Homes for the Holidays tour and we are thrilled she has joined us to contribute her talents to the 2018 tour.
Brooke describes her style as “one of comfort and functionality. Assisting homeowners in creating the spaces they have dreamed of is the best part of my job. I love seeing home owner’s visions come to life!”

Maria Carreon – Materia Interior Design
Very early, Maria discovered her passion for interior design and the thrill that comes with creating exceptional, thoughtful spaces that fulfil the needs and wants of her clients. With every project, Maria digs deep to meet that challenge.
Maria is an active member of The Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia.

Heather Cousins, Materia Interior Design
Materia Interior Design is a Kelowna based interior design company that makes unique, strategic choices for residential and commercial projects.
Heather believes every space should tell a story and act as a culmination of what a client needs, wants, or loves. She is highly creative and works hard to ensure her clients are happy, involved, and at ease during the entire design process.
Heather has been designing for over 10 years and is an active member of The Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia.

Tammy Cunningham – Center Stage Interior Decorating Ltd.
Tammy Cunningham owner and lead decorator of Center Stage Interior Decorating Ltd. Along with Center Stage staff designers Veronica Monfee and Jessica Ewings, they are the proud decorators of the beautiful heritage style home featured on the tour. Tammy is delighted to be returning to Homes for the Holidays again in 2018 and supporting Central Okanagan Hospice Association – a cause close to her heart. After sixteen years in the interior decorating industry, Center Stage is one of the most prominent home staging companies in the Okanagan.
Center Stage’s most recent awards include a 2018 Tommie Award for Excellence in Show Home, RESA’s “Top 10 staging companies in Canada” the last two years and Best of Houzz for service in 2016-2018.
Tammy Cunningham shared her talents with Home #4.
Heather has been an active and enthusiastic supporter of Homes for the Holidays since 2003 having been a designer and team leader on a number of occasions.
Creating outdoor winter greenery arrangements is a passion and Heather will be doing just that at the home of long-time acquaintances Corbie and Greg Hewko for this year’s event… and maybe hanging a couple of Christmas balls under Corbie’s watchful eye…. for old time’s sake. Heather has been known to decorate 14 Christmas trees at her own home but has it down to a dull roar now… just five!
Heather is a 10-year member of the Okanagan Master Gardeners. She also enjoys creating interesting outdoor garden spaces.

Yuriko Larson – Vintage Origami
Yuriko Larson is the owner and operator of VINTAGE ORIGAMI. This award-winning event design and decorating business has been in operation since 2010 creating over 650 weddings and events in the Okanagan. Yuriko creates spaces of all themes and eras with her inventory of decor and furniture. She loves to make a venue personalized for her clients ensuring the design tells a story whether it’s with a unique handmade backdrop or with a custom created vignette.

Tara Reavie – Tara Reavie Design
Tara is new to the homes for the Holidays tour team and was excited to have take advantage of this unique opportunity to collaborate and team up with a great cause and work with people in my industry that she admires.
Tara has been in the Interior Designer industry since graduating in 2006. Her company Tara Reavie Design typically focuses on large residential new builds & renovations and has recently had some opportunities to take on more unique smaller commercial projects such as Caldwell Heritage Farm’s new Wiseacre Craft Distillery Tasting Room. She explains “It was just over a year ago James and Kristi Caldwell approached me to help them complete their vision to add yet another facet to their already one of a kind business ventures based around great family history and beautiful land. I’m excited to create the spirit of the season in one of the most beautiful spaces I had the pleasure of designing.”

Courtney Ungaro – Courtney Ungaro Space + Design
Courtney Ungaro is an interior designer living in Kelowna and has been working on both residential & commercial projects around the beautiful Okanagan for over 13 years. She has recently started her own company Courtney Ungaro Space + Design specializing in residential & commercial design as well as creative event styling. If she’s not on a job site or shopping for the perfect piece you can probably find her supporting a locally owned restaurant/brewery/winery with her husband and kids. She even finds time to write a weekly design column for KelownaNow.
