About Us
Central Okanagan Hospice Association
The Central Okanagan Hospice Association (COHA) has been supporting the Central Okanagan, from Peachland to Lake Country, for over 40 years. COHA is committed to helping individuals with a serious illness live to the fullest until they die, and to help their loved ones be supported in their grief. We are proud to offer our services at no cost, thanks to the generosity of our community. We believe there should be no financial barriers in receiving support during life’s most vulnerable moments. COHA supports clients in long-term care, hospital, private homes, or in Kelowna Hospice House. Our volunteers provide emotional, social, practical, and spiritual supports and companionship. Grief and bereavement services include professional counseling, grief groups, weekly walking groups, children and youth horse camps, and activity nights to share feelings in other expressive and creative ways.
