The Central Okanagan Hospice Association is currently working on reviewing our policies, practices, and services to improve levels of equity, diversity, and inclusion. This works involves insights from internal and external focus groups, analyzing data from an online survey, and having strategic discussions with our Board of Directors and members of our leadership team. The information gathered will help establish priorities that can be integrated into the strategic plan guiding COHA’s ongoing mission and mandate.
