Event Details: Join One Yoga Vernon instructor and COHA Swinging with the Stars Celebrity Dancer, Kirsten Pridham, as she leads you through 75 minutes of Hatha (yang) flow & restorative Yin postures.

Net proceeds from this ‘by donation’ class will be donated to COHA via Team Relentless Wellness.
