Okanagan Fiesta de Noel
455 Casa Rio Drive – West Kelowna
Perched on the Okanagan waterfront, this distinctive white adobe home stands out like a blank canvas ready to be painted with joy. Its crisp exterior belies the explosion of colour waiting inside, where the owners’ love for Mexico infuses every corner with vibrant life. As you enter, the home’s white walls serve as the perfect backdrop for a Holiday celebration that’s as bold and spirited as a Mexican fiesta.
Inside, the home is a testament to fearless colour and eclectic style. Vibrant artwork, richly hued tile work, and even colourful kitchen cabinetry set the stage for a Holiday decor that refuses to be subtle. The centrepiece, a candy apple red piano, epitomizes the home’s approach to the Season – loud, proud, and cheerful. Christmas decorations follow suit, embracing the lively palette and Southwestern flair that defines the space year-round, with 50 handcrafted brightly coloured paper flowers and handmade graphic paper candy canes adding a personal DIY touch throughout.
This is a home where Holiday traditions are reimagined with a Mexican zest for life, resulting in a celebration that’s as warm and inviting as it is visually stunning.

The main floor invites you to experience our local wilderness year-round. The living room, dining room, and outdoor deck showcase an authentic array of pine, juniper, spruce, and cedar, accented with pinecones, berries, and whimsical mushrooms.
