The COHA Centre is where anyone from the community can go and speak to a professional counsellor in a welcoming, comfortable and safe environment.
There are other programs and services available within COHA and I know firsthand how important they all are to individuals who are going through struggles regarding the loss of an important person in their lives. I will forever be thankful for our counsellor and COHA, for all that they have helped me and my daughter with.
